Yoga in a Bag is a boutique yoga studio - authentic, individual and manageable. It's a place where everyone feels welcome and finds what they need right now - an invigorating morning flow, an invigorating vinyasa lunch practice, an exciting fairy yoga class, a grounding hatha yoga evening class, or a deeply relaxing yoga nidra class.

In addition to yoga classes, Yoga in a Bag offers a variety of yoga and nutrition workshops for adults and children, private yoga sessions and personal nutrition coaching.

The studio store offers freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, beautiful yoga items and a yoga clothing collection made from recycled materials.

The beautiful design of the studio combines natural materials, calm colors and purist industrial look to create a unique whole that offers space for growth and well-being in a modern world.
