In addition to the transfer of knowledge and practical implementation, the strengthening of self-confidence and the ability to make decisions are part of the counseling process

• Mandates in clinics, health centers, retirement and nursing homes
• Support of Spitex organizations, social authorities, associations in the work with the elderly.

Together we work out individual behavioral changes of eating habits. The calculation of eating diaries as well as body fat analyses are complementary therapy measures with external partners.
