**Fitness

Equipment, cardio & free weights.

Our fitness center in Trübbach includes on an area of about 450m2 numerous strength and endurance stations, as well as a free weight area for you. Thanks to large premises, it offers the ideal mix of training and rest. Since the maximum number of customers is limited, rush hours can be better regulated and the equipment can be used not only for fitness but also for therapeutic purposes. In addition to the fitness equipment, the center also includes a separate sauna and sanarium with a corresponding relaxation room. Our fitness center is recognized by health insurance companies - the majority of insurers cover part of the subscription costs. It is best to check with your insurance company in advance to make sure that your training with us will be financially supported.

Personal Training

With our personal training offer we provide you with an individual approach to your training. We start with an individual goal and needs assessment; then we move on to planning the workout. The training sessions are accompanied by an experienced trainer - movement quality and progress are carefully monitored. In case of beginners, insecurities during the training, or if the goal is to improve performance, personal training is the optimal variant to achieve efficient progress.
