Alpha Nutrition is a cabinet of three dieticians with complementary skills, available to help you (re)find a nutrition that suits you!

Parce que chaque personne est unique, chaque demande ou problématique est prise en compte avec attention : nous prenons le temps de vous connaître, discutons de vos habitudes de vie, déterminons ensemble les objectifs et vous conseillons et soutenons au plus près de vos besoins.

• mandats : conférences, ateliers, cours, analyse de projet

Si vous souhaitez en outre bouger plus, nous avons aussi les compétences pour vous aider car nous proposons des cours de nordic walking et d'initiation à la course à pied (en groupe ou privé).

NB : Savez-vous qu'en Suisse le terme " diététicien-ne " n'est pas équivalent à celui de " nutritionniste "? The title of "diététicienne" is in fact held by a person who has completed three years of professional training at a health college, it is protected at the legislative level and the benefits granted are recognized by the basic health insurance (Lamal). A l'inverse, un-e nutritionniste suit des formations très variées et courtes, ne lui permettant pas d'acquérir des connaissances équivalentes.

You want to increase your physical activity but need a little help and motivation? We can also propose you to join our Nordic Walking or Running initiation class (in group or individual).

NB: Do you know the difference between a nutritionist and a dietician in Switzerland? A dietician is graduated after a 3-year Bachelor in a Haute Ecole de Santé, the title is protected at the legislative level, and benefits are recognized and reimbursed by healthcare LaMal upon selective criteria. Conversely, a nutritionist can follow various short classes, but do not have the similar knowledge and there is no refunding by LaMal.
