Body-Centered Psychological Counseling IKP. 3-year in-service training with diploma for persons from therapeutic, psychosocial, pedagogical and paramedical professions. It focuses on the development of counseling skills, teaches the relevant psychological fundamentals and is recognized by the SGfB. Optional with federal diploma qualification as counselor(s) in the psychosocial field with federal diploma.

Body-Centered Psychotherapy IKP 4-year in-service training (incl. 1 year internship) with diploma for university graduates. The training is recognized by the Swiss Charter for Psychotherapy as well as other Swiss and European bodies and is designed to lead to federal recognition according to the PsyG.

Further training to become a specialist FMH in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Body-centered psychotherapy IKP is a holistic-integrative form of therapy, which is recognized by the FMH as further and advanced training for physicians to become FMH specialists in psychiatry and psychotherapy.

Holistic-Integrative Breath Therapy IKP 3-year in-service training with diploma, designed according to EMR and ASCA guidelines (recognized by health insurance companies with supplementary insurance). For persons from psychosocial, therapeutic and pedagogical professions or those who are otherwise skilled in dealing with people. Soon it will be possible to take the planned federal higher professional examination in complementary therapy as part of the training.

Couple and Family Counseling IKP 3-year in-service training in relationship problems in the private and professional environment. The expansion of competence in holistic-systemic psychology also includes experiencing and experiencing through the body. The training is recognized by the SGfB.

Nutritional Psychological Counseling IKP 2- to 4-year training with two different degrees. The 4-year training is designed according to ASCA guidelines. In addition to nutritional theory and basic knowledge of nutritional medicine, the focus is on building up holistic psychological know-how for nutritional psychology counselors. The training is recognized by the SGfB. Optionally with a federal diploma as a counselor in the psychosocial field with a federal diploma.

Psychological Coach IKP Coaching and conversation skills: This training is aimed at people who face professional or private challenges in the field of consulting and feel that they would like to accompany people holistically and in a goal-oriented way in different contexts. Through an optimal combination of theory and practice, self-, communication- and coaching-competence are promoted: a solid basis for a trustful consulting process. Duration: 8 months.
